Responsibilities

•  Greet and check in patients 
•  Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments 
•  Verify insurance and collect patient information 
•  Maintain accurate patient records 
•  Process payments and handle front office paperwork 
•  Coordinate with providers and clinical staff 
•  Ensure patients receive excellent customer service throughout their visit
