Performs a wide range of operational and analytical duties to assist with the planning, management, and coordination of the Patient Care/Surgical Services Divisions' Operational, Clinical, Quality, and Educational initiatives.
REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Healthcare related field.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, technical, analytical, and decision making abilities.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with others as a team, communicate effectively, and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.
PREFERRED
- Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience.
- Prior project / system implementation experience.
