Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30a-5p

Pay Rate: $23-25.50+/hour - DOE

Assignment: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Extension

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Seattle, WA. If you have medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients, we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet members, visitors, patients, and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner

• Patient check-in

  • Copay, previous balance and deductible payments

  • Device drop offs (Sleep study, Cardio)

  • Patient IT support for MyChart pre-registration and check-in

  • Patient Wayfinding

• Work queues

• Support daily administrative operations

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2 years of medical office experience

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• EPIC experience strongly preferred

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.50 per hour
