Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Part-Time) to support our client's healthcare facility in Browsnville, Tx(78520).

Schedule:  Mon - Fri ( 4 Hours/day)
Location:  Browsnville, Tx(78520)
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00/hour* on W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Greeted visitors and members and served as the first point of contact for in-person and telephone inquiries.

• Answered incoming calls, responded to questions, and directed inquiries to the appropriate staff.

• Registered new members and maintained accurate member records.

• Tracked daily member attendance and updated attendance logs.

• Made wellness calls to members to check on their safety and well-being.

• Assisted with preparing monthly reports and maintaining administrative records.

• Supported daily front desk operations and ensured smooth center activities.

• Assisted members with enrollment, registration, and general service-related questions.

• Coordinated communication between members, staff, and center management.

• Provided friendly and professional customer service to improve member satisfaction.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School 
• Years of experience: 1+
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Healthcare Customer Service , Patient Support & Communication
