    Description


    The Patient Care Coordinator is one of our most vital roles, you’re the first and last impression our clients experience, setting the tone for an exceptional visit from start to finish.


    Work Schedule:

    This is a full time position. The role is onsite Monday- Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM . We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.


    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily front desk operations, including opening/closing, patient flow, provider schedules, and maintaining an efficient, professional environment.
    • Coordinate patient appointments by scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and managing cancellations, no-shows, waitlists, late arrivals, and open availability.
    • Deliver exceptional patient service by handling calls, emails, texts, check-in/check-out, routine inquiries, follow-ups, and coordinating consultations, treatments, and ongoing care.
    • Maintain accurate administrative and patient records, including EMR/CRM updates, intake forms, consents, payments, invoices, treatment packages, gift cards, and other documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
    • Support clinical and management operations through communication with providers and staff, inventory and supply management, daily reporting, administrative projects, and maintaining clean, organized, patient-ready spaces.


     Qualifications:

    • Experience managing phone systems and scheduling.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills. 
    • Previous administrative experience in a dermatology clinic, medspa, plastic surgery center, or similar healthcare setting is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

    Compensation:

    Starting at $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
