    Position Summary


    As a Patient Care Coordinator you will serve as the initial link between patients and the dental team, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. This consists of greeting the patients, gathering insurance information, discussing treatment plans as well as financial options.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Greeting patients and providing a positive experience
    • Gather insurance information  
    • Checking patient in as well as checking patients out
    • Schedule appointments
    • Answer patient phone calls
    • Review treatment plan and financial options
    • Maintain accurate patient documentation
    • Collect estimated patient balances
    • Support the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a welcoming environment

    Qualifications

    • High school graduate
    • Previous dental or front desk experience is a plus!
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
