What You'll Do

• Schedule GI procedures and diagnostic testing
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointment changes
• Assist patients with procedure preparation and questions
• Track scheduled testing and ensure timely follow-up
• Communicate with patients, providers, and healthcare facilities
• Help patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of healthcare customer service experience
• Prior patient scheduling or procedure scheduling experience preferred
• Strong computer and EMR skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
