Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming front office experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the dental practice calendar efficiently
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and communicate care recommendations clearly
- Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
- Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in practice management software
- Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
Requirements:- Prior experience in a dental front office role strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional, compassionate, and calm demeanor — especially with anxious patients
