At Victory Hearing & Wellness, our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) are the welcoming face of our organization, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for every patient. As an essential part of our team, you’ll engage with the community, manage patient scheduling, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure exceptional care and seamless communication.

We’re looking for driven, motivated individuals who are passionate about growing our clinics and making a difference in patients’ lives. This role requires strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage follow-up communications.
  • Insurance verifications
  • Actively engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to build clinic awareness.
  • Support initiatives by educating patients about our services.
  • Embrace a proactive approach to networking and lead generation.
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare preferred.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
