    Position: Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

    Join our family as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA)! Caring for others is hard work, and we are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents while building a meaningful career in healthcare.

    Qualified candidates hired as PCAs will have the opportunity to complete our company-paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, resulting in career advancement and increased earning potential.

    PCA Responsibilities

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living
    • Serve meals and assist with feeding when needed
    • Assist with ambulation, turning, and positioning
    • Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals
    • Monitor and record vital signs
    • Record intake and output information
    • Answer call lights and respond to resident requests
    • Transport residents as needed
    • Communicate resident needs and observations to nursing staff

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Compassion for serving others
    • Desire to build a career in healthcare
    • Willingness to obtain CNA certification through our sponsored training program
    • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
