    Responsibilities

    As a Patient Care Assistant, you will:

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meals, mobility, positioning, and personal care.
    • Help serve meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
    • Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output.
    • Answer call lights and respond to resident requests promptly.
    • Transport residents as needed throughout the facility.
    • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
    • Provide comfort, companionship, and compassionate support to residents.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Strong communication and listening skills.
    • Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
    • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
    • Willingness to obtain Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification through our employer-sponsored training program.
