Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meals, mobility, positioning, and personal care.
- Help serve meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output.
- Answer call lights and respond to resident requests promptly.
- Transport residents as needed throughout the facility.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Provide comfort, companionship, and compassionate support to residents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to obtain Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification through our employer-sponsored training program.
