JOB SUMMARY

• Delivers direct/indirect patient care to patients of all ages from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult to geriatric under the supervision of a registered nurse and or licensed practical nurse.
• Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality age specific care.
• Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members.
• Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory/ accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.

Requirements Include

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High School or Trade School students may be considered if their course of study could lead to full-time employment and they can legally work the hours necessary for the position.
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or MA (Medical Assistant Certificate) preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
