You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients by verifying insurance benefits, coordinating pre-authorizations, and ensuring accurate billing—helping patients navigate their care and receive their product with clarity and compassion.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and obtain pre-certifications
  • Collect and prepare required documentation to meet payer guidelines (PPO, HMO, Managed Care)
  • Code and process work orders for accurate data entry and billing
  • Communicate clearly with patients about coverage details, financial responsibilities, and billing questions
  • Collaborate with physicians, payers, and patients to resolve insurance and billing inquiries
  • Ensure patient files are complete and compliant before submission to billing
  • Support efficient workflow and maintain professional, courteous communication throughout
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance representatives
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical terminology or coding knowledge is a plus
