- EnsureIRF-PAIdataistransmittedtoCMS/UDSwithintimeframesspecifiedfor admission/discharge.
- Review,interpretandcollectdataoneachpatientinpreparationforcompletionoftheIRF-PAI.
- CollaboratewithteamonidentificationofpotentialcomorbiditiesoraccurateCMG/RIC categories.
- Ensurealldischargedpatientrecordscontaintherequired elements.
- CompletechartaudittoallowfortimelyUDSexportandCMS transmission.
Qualifications
Licenseor Certification:
- Licensedorcertifiedclinicianinhealthcare(RN,LPN,PT,PTA,OT,COTA,SLP, Recreational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, case manager/social worker)
- QI Credentialed
- ObtainUDSIRFPPSCertificationafter2yearsinthePASCroleandbeforethe3rd-year anniversary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Abilitytoperform assessments.
- 1yearofhealthcare experience.
- AttendallEHCIRF-PAI trainings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienceinrehaborpost-acutecare,proficientteaching,and communication skills
- Effectiveoralandwrittencommunication skills
- Strongorganizationalandcriticalthinking abilities
- Detail-orientedandcapableofmeetingdeadlines independently
- Commitmenttomaintaininghigh-qualitystandardsinpatient assessments.
