Patient Account Representative

Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources. This includes, but is not limited to, posting remittance advices, keying charges, and taking patient payments.

Overview:

The Patient Account Representative assists patients with all aspects of their bill and health insurance claims.  This includes, but is not limited to,  posting remittance advices, keying charges, and taking patient payments.

Qualifications:

Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education required.
2 years previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
