Key Responsibilities
- Manage prior authorizations for specialty and infusion therapies
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage requirements
- Obtain and review required clinical documentation
- Follow up on authorizations, denials, and appeals
- Maintain accurate records in EMR and CRM systems
- Partner with providers and internal teams to ensure timely approvals
- Prioritize multiple cases while meeting deadlines and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of prior authorization experience
- Medical Assistant certification or training
- Experience with biologics, infusion, or specialty medications
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
