Under the direction of the Patient Access Director, responsible for overseeing the policies and procedures related to the registration of outpatient visits and inpatient medical center services. Properly ensures patient safety regulations are met. Coordinates all registration policies and procedures at the point of service. Adheres to all patient and caregiver satisfaction policies set by Mosaic Life Care.

Collaborates with outpatient and inpatient medical center leaders regarding scheduling and registration policies and procedures for the enterprise.Assist with testing and implementation of system upgrades for the scheduling and registration technology.Creates and communicates registration policy changes to outpatient and inpatient medical center leaders.Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include selecting, training and retaining caregivers; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance, rewarding, coaching and counseling caregivers.Performs editing and approving caregiver calendars and clock in updates and/or errors within API.Manages supply and overtime budget to ensure the department stays within budget.Recruit, orient and evaluate personnel. Participates in activities that promote staff retention and employee satisfaction. Oversee departmental work schedules, job assignments and approve payroll expenses. Motivate and inspire staff to high achievement. Create and maintain employee accountability. Conduct monthly staff meetings to include compliance training, performance results, customer and employee satisfaction.Manages customer complaints and reports any necessary changes needed.Properly ensures all quality assurance and registration edits are resolved timely. Monitors point of service collection opportunities and aligns department/caregiver goals with best practice KPI's.Other duties as assigned
