Patient Access Representative

Hourly pay range: $23.00 min. - $26.09 max.

Under direct supervision of the Patient Access Manager, this position is responsible for the registration of patient accounts and maintaining cordial patient relations.

Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

1. One-year experience in a hospital Admitting/Emergency Department environment, preferred.
2. High School diploma or equivalent required.
3. Customer service and Computer skills experience required.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

1. If assigned to the Emergency Department, MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
