    Patient Access Representative

    The Patient Access Representative is responsible for performing all aspects of the position's function including, but not limited to, registration of patients, obtaining appropriate insurance information, and scheduling patient appointments. It is expected that the employee maintains department quality standards with a focus on exceptional customer service.

    Full Time, 8A-6P, 40 hours per week

    Qualifications 

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • One year clerical experience

    • Ability to use a computer

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Basic medical terminology knowledge

    • Previous registration and/or insurance verification experience in a medical setting
