Are you a passionate healthcare leader with experience in Patient Access and Revenue Cycle operations? Orlando Health is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead and oversee patient access services across assigned locations with a combined net operating revenue exceeding $200 million.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop Patient Access teams
Manage departmental operations, budgets, and performance metrics
Drive process improvements and enhance patient and physician satisfaction
Oversee staffing, coaching, performance management, and employee development
Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies, Joint Commission requirements, and industry standards
Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and operational teams across the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related experience
4+ years of Patient Access/Patient Financial Services experience
1+ year of supervisory, lead, or preceptor experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
