Assist in providing client care

• Educate clients about their condition, medication, and support medication adherence.
• Check-in on the client regularly and evaluate and document their progress.
• Assist the care team with developing and implementing interventions.
• Provide discharge planning.
• Help client adhere to legal responsibilities.
• Assist client to obtain and maintain stable housing.
• Assist the treatment team to develop a care plan to address the client's mental health care needs.

This position is deemed safety-sensitive

Position requires a BA degree in Psychology or related field.

At least 3 years' experience in care coordination or clinical practices.

Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent customer service.

Ability to travel.

Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable to insurance carrier.
