SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Patent Paralegal. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of IP experience in a mid to large law firm. This role offers a generous compensation package and excellent work culture. Core Responsibilities:
- Update and manage patent portfolio and competitor databases.
- Prepare Information Disclosure Statements.
- Prepare foreign reference submissions in countries with a “duty to disclose.”
- Prepare patent status reports, patent family trees, and patent timelines.
- Assist with preparation and filings of documents with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
- Calculate patent-term adjustments.
- Review case file histories for allowed matters.
- Review outgoing file and electronic record transfers.
- Conduct research and perform library and online searches.
