Join our culinary team as a Pastry Supervisor, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, refine your baking skills, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. From handcrafted pastries to delicious desserts, you'll play an important role in bringing sweet moments to life for our guests.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, breads, desserts, and baked goods in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Consistently deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Support daily pastry operations and assist with department training initiatives.
• Step into departmental responsibilities as needed in the absence of the Sous Chef.
• Ensure recipes and production standards are followed while minimizing waste and supporting cost-control initiatives.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Bring:

• Basic knowledge of pastry and baking operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Culinary education or equivalent hands-on experience in pastry and baking.
• Passion for creating quality products with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic leadership abilities and a willingness to mentor and support fellow team members.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of food cost control and efficient kitchen operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull safely and repeatedly.
