MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT SEEKING PASTRY COOK FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE: Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for energetic & passionate pastry cooks to join the team. Responsibilities include:

• AM/PM service and/or production
• Working in a learning environment with room for professional development and growth
• Operating in a clean workspace and producing top-quality desserts to support the pastry team

Requirements:

• Baking/Pastry degree or relevant high-end restaurant experience
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
• Responsible, respectful and team player
• Great work ethic and committed to being the best
