Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare exquisite desserts and pastries to the highest standards.
• Follow recipes and directions accurately while multitasking effectively.
• Bring creative ideas and culinary knowledge to enhance our dessert menu.
• Maintain acute attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in desserts and baking within an upscale professional kitchen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, night shifts, and weekends as needed.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
• This position requires working during service hours (5pm-close).
• On-site work at our Chapel Hill location.
