Lala s Coffee is looking for a Pastry Chef to bring our dessert and bakery case to life. We re a specialty coffee shop with a cozy, Instagrammable vibe Sip, Smile, Repeat and we want pastries that match: crave-worthy, photogenic, and a little unexpected.
What you ll do:
Develop and produce daily pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our case
Create seasonal and limited-time specials that pair with our drink menu
Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and quality
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost for pastry ingredients
Ensure ANSI food handler certification and health code compliance
Collaborate with the team on new product launches and menu boards
