PAST CONFLICT REPATRIATIONS SPECIALIST
Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky
Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Status: Contingent upon contract award
Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking Past Conflict Repatriations Specialists for an anticipated U.S. Army contract at Fort Knox.
The specialist will support cases involving unaccounted-for service members, family research, identification activities and repatriation coordination.
Responsibilities:
Conduct military, archival, personnel and genealogical research.
Identify and document potential primary and secondary next of kin.
Maintain family-inquiry and case-management records.
Support DNA family-reference-sample kit administration and tracking.
Coordinate authorized actions with Army and external Government organizations.
Prepare family correspondence, briefing materials and case summaries.
Update DCIPS, Salesforce and other authorized systems.
Support identification, disinterment, repatriation and family-event coordination.
Maintain strict privacy, accuracy and chain-of-custody discipline.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with POW/MIA accounting, genealogy, forensic identification, casualty affairs or military-records research.
Familiarity with DPAA, AFDIL, DCIPS or repatriation processes is highly desirable.
Experience conducting next-of-kin or genealogical research.
Strong investigative, documentation and family-communication skills.
Ability to manage complex, long-duration cases involving multiple organizations.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation, Common Access Card and any position-specific clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Final duties, compensation, qualifications and start date will depend upon the resulting solicitation and award.
