We are seeking Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation and deliver an inviting, resident-focused experience that enhances daily life and independence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide driving services for residents and guests for medical appointments, errands, outings, and special events, Complete event and program set-ups on time.
- Operate community vehicles, including small passenger buses and those equipped with wheelchair lifts, in a safe and professional manner.
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading walkers and wheelchairs with care and courtesy.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and minor preventive vehicle maintenance while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor vehicle conditions, report any issues promptly, and ensure emergency supplies are maintained.
- Follow emergency procedures and respond calmly in urgent situations while providing excellent customer service at all times.
Compensation & License Requirements
About You:
- Minimum of one year of experience driving passenger vehicles, buses, or providing transportation services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet PRS driver guidelines; “CDL (Class A or B) with passenger endorsement and DOT medical certificate required.”
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide safe, dependable transportation.
- Comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and team members in a professional manner.
