Job Description

Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
  • Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and public agencies
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Lead OAC meetings and client-facing project discussions
  • Ensure compliance with Public Works and DSA requirements
  • Partner closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project milestones

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

  • 7+ years of proven experience managing large-scale Public Works construction projects
  • DSA project experience strongly preferred
  • LAUSD project experience is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases of construction
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression
  • Experience working for established commercial or public works contractors is highly preferred
