Job Description
Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
- Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and public agencies
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead OAC meetings and client-facing project discussions
- Ensure compliance with Public Works and DSA requirements
- Partner closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project milestones

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- 7+ years of proven experience managing large-scale Public Works construction projects
- DSA project experience strongly preferred
- LAUSD project experience is a significant plus
- Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases of construction
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression
- Experience working for established commercial or public works contractors is highly preferred
