Parts Delivery, Shipping & Receiving, Parts Inventory duties include but not limited to the following.
- Help load and unload truck deliveries
- Check in and put away parts orders.
- Maintain proper bin locations for all parts.
- Keep the warehouse neat, tidy and organized.
- Complete cycle counts on a regular basis as scheduled by Parts Manager.
- Delivery, pickup and handling of miscellaneous vehicle parts to/from various surrounding areas.
- Manage vendor returns warranty returns and core inventory regularly.
- Assist in all aspects of parts department operations as requested.
- pull parts for Will calls, delivery's and ship outs.
Qualifications:
- Requires ability to secure parts in a timely manner
- Work under time deadlines and maintain a friendly attitude at all times.
- Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and handle large items with limited assistance.
- Previous parts or delivery experience preferred. Dealership experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability.
