Parts Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee parts operations, inventory management, and procurement while supporting critical airport maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment. Parts Supervisor
Los Angeles, CA (100% Onsite)Pay: $42.85/hour
Are you an experienced Parts Supervisor with a strong mechanical background and experience supporting airport equipment or passenger boarding bridges? We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee parts operations, inventory management, and procurement while supporting critical airport maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily parts room and inventory operations
• Lead, coach, and support parts personnel
• Manage purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and material distribution
• Coordinate parts availability for maintenance and repair activities
• Work with vendors to source materials and negotiate purchases
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a CMMS system
• Analyze inventory usage and support operational reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and daily operational meetings
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience with passenger boarding bridges is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience supervising a parts department, warehouse, or maintenance inventory operation
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or maintenance support
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Airport operations, airline ground support, or facility maintenance experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a mechanical, industrial, or business-related field
• Ability to read blueprints, parts diagrams, and technical documentation

Schedule

• Monday through Sunday
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends as needed
