Zero Zone is a manufacturer of reach-in and open refrigerated and frozen food display cases as well as the refrigeration systems that work behind the scenes to cool the cases, keeping the food fresh! We also make powerful industrial refrigeration systems for food warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and even ice rinks!
Our company is structured across 2 divisions - the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA.

What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Parts Department Supervisor, the Parts Specialist will be responsible for departmental support with handling customer inquiries via phone, email and in person. This role will also collaborate and work closely under the moderate direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Understanding the general aspects of the job and a high sense of urgency is required.
Essential Responsibilities:
Skills in Inventory Management
Moving Parts between locations
Creating transport tasks accurately amongst the three warehouses
Maintaining inventory counts
Trouble shooting inventory issues/Kanban
Move serialized parts accurately
Send parts properly marked to the other two warehouses
Packing parts orders in a way that the inventory will not get damaged
Closing parts orders
Print and sign Picklists
Add tracking to orders
Deliver the parts order
Process Work Orders
Pull/move inventory over to transfer parts from a work order to a parts order
Deliver Customer order tied to Work Order
Process Return Material Authorizations
Oversee quality of parts being packed
Palletize and ship large order via LTL carriers
Be able to lift at least 50lbs
Maintain proper inventory levels in the Parts Department
Build a small amount of subassemblies
Create shop orders for multistep operations
Maintain the shop floor workbench for the Parts Department
Manage and keep the backorder log updated
Maintain and respond to emails
Order packaging supplies from UPS and our local suppliers
Other duties as assigned
