At Karl Malone PowerSports, the Parts Specialist is the backbone of the shop. Every repair, upgrade, and custom build depends on you finding the right solution quickly and accurately. You’re not just moving parts—you’re keeping the entire operation running strong.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers and technicians identify the correct parts quickly and accurately
• Handle parts orders from start to finish
• Manage special orders and hard-to-find items
• Maintain clear communication on order status and updates
• Support inventory accuracy and organization
• Work closely with the service and parts team to keep everything moving
• Deliver top-level customer service every day

What You Bring

• Customer service or parts experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Great communication skills (in person and on the phone)
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
