Position Description:The individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the duties and responsibility of all parts/down systems-ordering, receiving and recording various parts. The individual will also keep track of inventory, credit card payments and invoices. This individual will also be responsible for all de-install/install projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Create PO's and send invoicesCreate BOL'sProcess credit card payments and credit card applications for new clientsReview current/past due invoices on a weekly basis and contacts clients on overdue invoicesCreate marketing emails through constant contactTrack inventory orders and financial reports on a daily basisReceive and record new/broken down systems and parts; upload them into Inventory System-FishbowlRenew DOTmed listings for parts for saleRecord quoted parts in SalesforceSend all kick off & update emails to the PMsSend emails to the teams with de-install info. (site contacts, dates, addresses, etc.)Request quote & schedule all trucks for de-installs/installsSchedule all dollies for de-installs/relosSchedule all ramp supply deliveries de-install/installsInput info into SalesForce – (de-install date, tasks, inventory, warehouse locations, expenses, etc.)All PO's related to: trucking, rigging, de-install if subbed out etc.Creating work orders for De-Installs/InstallsISO documentation (uploading to the DMS): incoming equipment deliveries, maintenance of compressors, trucks, chillers, etc.ISO approved vendor paperwork for new vendorsPrinting and labeling systems as they come in (sold labels included)Any other duties as assigned per manager Requirements:EducationRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferredSome college desiredExperienceWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes preferredFishbowl and Salesforce preferred but will train TravelValid driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIREDMust have reliable transportation and proof of auto insuranceWilling and able to undertake after-hours travel to carrier offices, drop-boxes, and airportsCompetenciesThe ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating and the ability to act decisively to resolve problems Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
