    Gartner Refrigeration, a Waldinger Company, has an opportunity for a qualified Parts Sales Specialist in our Plymouth Office.

    Job Summary:

    Supports the marketing, operations, and administrative activities of the business for the successful growth of a profitable operation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales Leads/Prospects: Develops and maintains sales leads/prospect lists and effectively communicates prospecting activity to manager. Conducts sales efforts through cold calls, personal visits, emails, and follow-ups. Develops sound prospecting tools utilizing all technologies available.
    • Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Conducts regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
    • Asset Management and Financial Controls: Prepares budgets, controls expenditures within the department, manages working capital as a percentage of revenue, and actively monitors branch collection efforts as well as investments in fleet and other capital assets and facilities.
    • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conducts detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Develops and implements business development strategies to achieve sales and targets and expand market presence. Analyzes data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and planning.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of project management or sales experience in the ammonia industry
    • Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering or Technical Training Program Completion
    • Occasional Travel
