Providing product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork. Liaison for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations. Regular communication with supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation.
