Parts Sales Representative

As a Parts Sales Representative, you will partner with customers to identify parts solutions, improve equipment reliability, and support long-term operational success. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and technical problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Grow aftermarket parts sales and achieve territory revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct customer visits to assess equipment and parts needs
• Create and follow up on customer proposals
• Promote preventive maintenance programs and aftermarket solutions
• Analyze customer buying patterns and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Service, Parts Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer success
• Travel throughout assigned territory

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of sales, customer service, parts, service, or aftermarket experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (50%+ travel required)
• Manufacturing, capital equipment, or aftermarket parts experience preferred
