    Job Summary

    Superior Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer part inquiries, order processing, and account management. You will work closely with internal departments and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, high customer satisfaction, and timely delivery of critical parts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Communication & Sales: Handle incoming phone calls, email requests, and live chats. Plan and execute sales activities for assigned accounts to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Quote & Order Management: Generate accurate quotes with a targeted turnaround time of 4 hours or less. Enter, process, and track customer orders efficiently.
    • Problem Solving & Supply Chain Support: Assist with supply chain tracking, vendor reviews, and pricing. Identify alternative solutions when parts are unavailable for urgent requests, and flag frequently requested or hard-to-source parts for inventory optimization.
    • Order Oversight & Status Updates: Oversee parts shipments and proactively notify customers of any delays, backorders, or order status updates.
    • ERP System Maintenance: Maintain system accuracy by updating product pricing, weights, unit costs, and customer-specific discount structures across product lines.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with warehouse, service, and supply chain teams to fulfill customer requests and complete other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or technical order entry (preferred).
    • Technical Aptitude: Strong familiarity with computers, ERP systems, and standard office software.
    • Product Knowledge: Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn diverse technical product lines.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear customer updates and cross-departmental coordination.
    • Time Management: Ability to prioritize urgent tasks, maintain fast response times, and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical background is a plus).
