Summary:
The Parts Sales Representative - Counter role at CSM Kenworth in Richfield provides customers with outstanding customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying replacement and warranty parts, tracking and shipping parts.
Responsibilities:
- Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts
- Provide incredible customer service by utilizing in-depth knowledge of truck parts, programs, and policies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
- Conquest and grow new accounts
Duties:
- Maintains liaison with important customers
- Promotes the sale of parts and accessories and is an adviser to wholesale or retail customers
- Successfully completes product and sales training courses as assigned
- Develops and maintains full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
- Maintains parts-related correspondence
- Keeps up to date on new products
