Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands-on role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment? Penmac Staffing is seeking a Parts Personnel team member for a client company in the Springfield area. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory, filling orders, and supporting production operations.Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when filling orders and managing inventory
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production needs
- Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed throughout the workday
- Previous parts, inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with the management team
- Work closely with the Parts Manager to complete daily tasks and priorities
- Assist with setting goals and completing assigned tasks
- Fill production job orders accurately and efficiently (production orders are the top priority)
- Fill warranty orders and shop supply orders
- Receive and put away stock orders
- Organize and maintain parts shelves and storage areas
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Complete other duties as assigned
