This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional with previous automotive experience to further their career with one of the area's fastest-growing Dealer Groups.As a core member of our leadership team, you will oversee a high-volume retail and wholesale parts operation. If you possess a detail-oriented, analytical approach to business and boast excellent customer relations skills, we want to talk to you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth: Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to consistently meet them.Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.Budgetary Control: Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.Operational Performance: Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.Customer Relations: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.Leadership: 1 to 3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.Volume Mastery: Proven success operating within a high-volume dealership environment.Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.Preferences: Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.Compensation & BenefitsDCD Automotive Holdings, Inc. is a long-standing leader in the auto industry.
