Since 1967, Bortek Industries has been a leading provider of floor cleaning equipment and facility maintenance solutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

We're looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at our Mechanicsburg headquarters-a critical role that supports our service technicians, sales team, and customers by making sure the right parts are available at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily operations of the Parts Department
• Supervise, coach, and develop Parts Department personnel
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels
• Monitor purchasing activities and supplier relationships
• Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts
• Establish department goals and performance metrics
• Work closely with Service and Sales to support customer needs
• Review inventory trends and implement efficiency improvements
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalated parts-related issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing a parts department, inventory operation, or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with inventory systems and purchasing processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Forklift, industrial equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, or machinery parts experience preferred
