Parts Manager
Salary: $65,000 + up to $15,000 in monthly bonuses
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to oversee a parts and accessories department. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, strong customer service skills, and extensive knowledge of parts and inventory.
Key Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing
- Ability to manage and support a parts department team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and support parts department employees
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and cycle counts
- Assist customers with parts sales and pricing
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure parts are available when needed
- Maintain accurate inventory and sales records
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department
- Monitor department performance and inventory costs
