Parts & Inventory Specialist
Location: Middlebury VT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 20–40 hours/week
Pay: $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Specialist to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, staying on top of orders, and making sure the right parts are where they need to be.
Key Responsibilities
- Order parts and supplies as needed
- Receive incoming parts and verify accuracy
- Stock and organize parts in the appropriate locations
- Enter purchase orders, receipts, and inventory updates into our system
- Maintain accurate records of parts on hand
- Support the team with general inventory and purchasing tasks
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience ordering parts
- Familiarity with inventory systems or purchasing processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
