All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Parts Fulfillment Specialist for an immediate opening with a manufacturing company in Kent, WA, near Blue Origin. This role focuses on pulling, packaging, and shipping parts while supporting inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, and distribution operations. We're looking for someone with warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, material handling, fulfillment, or order processing experience. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What schedule does this role have? Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.
What does the Parts Fulfillment Specialist do? You'll pull parts, prepare shipments, package materials, and help ensure orders and inventory are accurate throughout the fulfillment process.

Job Location:
- Kent, WA, near Blue Origin, with convenient access to I-5 and Hwy 167

Schedule for the Parts Fulfillment Specialist:
- Monday-Friday
- Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

Parts Fulfillment Specialist Duties:
- Pull items from inventory locations and stage them for packaging
- Prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments
- Create work orders for make-to-stock and make-to-order production
- Load and unload materials by hand or forklift
- Package materials according to standard operating procedures
- Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts
- Perform inventory cycle counts as needed
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and orders
- Support warehouse, fulfillment, and inventory operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Parts Fulfillment Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, or material handling experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to interpret operating instructions, safety procedures, and process documentation
- Working knowledge of order processing systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory practices preferred
- Must provide and wear safety-toe footwear
