We are seeking an experienced Parts Counterman to join our team at our new Wentzville, Missouri location. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment where your expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in our continued success.

Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Work with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock
  • Complete special order part requests for customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding parts status
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with staff and customers
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Parts Counter Person Requirements:

  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of automobiles
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Strong reading, computer, and math skills
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in a service department
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
