Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Previous experience is a plus, but not required — we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
- Assist customers and internal staff with parts inquiries and purchases
- Work with the Parts Manager to locate and source parts not currently in stock
- Process special-order requests for customers
- Provide updates and communicate with customers regarding parts status and availability
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
