Parts Counter Assistant
Shine Bros. Corp. is seeking a Parts Counter Assistant for Grab & Go facility Starting at $18.75 per hour
Hours:
Wed-Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Saturday 7:30- 5:00
Sunday 10:00- 5:00
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to assist customers
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record;
- Prior parts experience and/or mechanical background;
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Including Outlook, Excel & Word);
- Strong attention to detail and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; and
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and set deadlines to meet goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Locate and acquire parts, materials, and supplies needed for equipment repairs
- Answer phone calls, obtain price quotes and other information for customers
- Maintain parts and supply inventory using physical and electronic records and files;
- Pick up parts order or arrange for delivery;
- Receive deliveries, verify accuracy of shipments and inspect for damage and defects;
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and shop personnel;
- Other duties as assigned.
