Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the parts counter (in-person and over the phone)
• Process parts orders and transactions
• Maintain inventory organization and accuracy
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Support internal departments with parts needs

Qualifications:

• Previous parts counter or retail sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of farm, construction, or landscaping equipment is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
