Parts Counter Associate Job Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians, advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
- Accurately identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
- Process parts sales, invoices, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Pull and stage parts for service department repair orders
- Monitor backorders and communicate updates to customers and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Promote additional parts and accessories when appropriate
